Back Lifts
These exercises basically strengthen your lower back.
Firstly, lie on the floor with your stomach being the base.Stretch out your legs outwards and your hands should touch the floor such that the arms are near the shoulders. Now pull your abdominal in and rest your forehead on the floor.
Now lift your chest and head up without making use of hands.Rest at the same position for sometime and then lower slowly and slowly.Repeat this few times.
