Strengthening and Stretching Exercises
These exercises stretch and strengthen your back.These are also known as opposite exercise.
One being,with your right arm and left leg to be lifted way off the floor for five counts and then lower them slowly and slowly.
Repeat this process by lifting left arm and right leg this time.
Do this for atleast 5 times.
Other being,lie straight on the floor with your stomach being the base and both your arms and legs being outstretched. Now,pull your abdominal in and lie your forehead on floor.
