These exercises are for strengthening of upper back.
First being, Lift your right arm up such that your elbow points to the ceiling.Now slowly lower your arm.
Now repeat this process with left arm.
Second being, Stand on the floor in such a way that left foot is in front of your right foot.There must be some distance between the two.Now hold any light weight on your right hand.Also put your left arm on left thigh for support.Now stretch your right arm such that it being perpendicular to the floor.
